We are a true family farm. we grow organic crops year-round, and sell locally only. We raise Animal Welfare Approved beef on polyculture pastures consisting of native and introduced annual and perennial grasses and legumes providing year-round forage. The unique blackland soil provides for the special quality and full flavor of our beef. We believe healthy soil is the basis of animal and plant health, and ultimately, human health. All animals in our grazing program are raised on grass from birth.Key factors we use in the production of well marbled, grass fattened beef are high quality forage, stress reducing techniques and animal maturity. It is our goal to be humane, responsible, environmentally sustainable farmers. This is the beef we raise for our family we love it and you will, too.

Delivery available anywhere in North Texas but there are regular bi-monthly routes to Sherman, McKinney, Allen and North Dallas; Rockwall, Mesquite and East Dallas; Paris, Sulphur Springs, Commerce and Greenville. Adams Blackland Prairie is a family farm established in 1986 on the rich, deep blacklands of Northeast Texas, about 65 miles east of Dallas.
