PittsBurgher Highland Farm raises grass-fed Scottish Highland and crossbred cattle using natural and organic practices. Our cattle are raised humanly and on 100% grass and forages, meeting and exceeding USDA definitions for grass-fed, natural, and naturally raised. We sell primarily direct to consumers and also supply select Pittsburgh-area retailers and restaurants. Our Highland beef is naturally lean, healthy and tasty.
