At Easter Rising Farm we raise grass-fed beef & lamb, pasture-raised poultry, and naturally-raised pork. We are a small family farm serving the central Ohio river valley region. Our goal is healthy soil, healthy livestock, healthy food, healthy families, and healthy economy. We aim to raise meat that is well-marbled and rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
