Sprout Creek Farm, located in New York State’s Hudson Valley, is a 200 acre working farm with a mission of combining agriculture and education to achieve the objective of teaching the whole person by providing real experiences of the working countryside. Processing milk into cheeses, whose quality depends on our own management of soils and pastures and attention to the needs of the animals that graze them.
