The McAlpine Ranch employs a Holistic management program for raising their organic grassfed beef and lamb. The animals are treated humanely and grow in a natural environment of fresh air, sunshine, and green pastures. They use no antibiotics, growth hormones, chemical parasiticides or genetically modified organisms.
