Running River Ranch raises Scottish Highland Cattle, South African Boer Goats, and Horned Dorset Sheep. We offer live steers for sale, as well as quarters, halves, and whole beef, cut to your specifications. Highland beef is extremely lean and flavorful. Healthy and delicious lamb and goat are also available, as well as raw goat's milk for pet food (not legal for human consumption). At Running River Ranch, we are dedicated to raising healthy livestock, naturally. Our concern about additives—such as antibiotics, hormones, steroids, preservatives, etc.—in our food supply, and the rise in food-related allergies among friends, family, and the U.S. population in general, forms the basis for our "natural" philosophy.
