Mid Mitten Sustainable Farm LLC is using cutting-edge farming practices to create a local food ecosystem. We manage traditional livestock in cooperation with nature. Adaptive multi-paddock grazing allows us to grow excellent meats on pasture while restoring soil fertility for future food production. We are going further and planting trees in our pastures to establish a savanna with fruits and nuts to feed pigs and chickens and grass to feed cows and sheep.
