Holy Cow Grassfed Beef is very proud to be awarded 2012 Farmer of the Year by the Greater Wapato Area Chamber of Commerce. In 2011 we were awarded Top Animal Welfare Certification by Animal Welfare Approved. Our animals are free-range and we practice American Grassfed approved methods on the farm. We are breeders, growers, and USDA certified organic producers. We are inspected for our health and safety rules. Our endorsements tell you we do it right. We farm 128 acres of organic grass hay, breeding over 100 cows and their calves in a closed herd. The beef we sell has been bred, born, raised and finished on the highest quality irrigated organic grass pastures. Holy Cow is passionate about providing customers with the healthiest, safest and best quality 100% natural organic grass fed beef on the planet. We have a high vigor breeding program using two breeds exclusively: Angus and Limousin. The result is known for the excellent marbling and longer loin muscle, resulting in the highest quality organic grass fed beef.
