Creekside Meadows Farm is a diversified, nurturing, land healing, grass based family farm in Central New York, in the town of Cazenovia, Madison County. We are certified Homegrown by Heroes by the Farmer Veteran Coalition as a veteran-owned and operated farm. We produce 100% start to finish Grass Fed Beef, Silvo Pastured Pork, Pasture Raised Chicken and Turkey, sustainably raised vegetables and herbs and handmade Farmstead Soaps. We've been grazing since 1998.
