Established in 1977, our beef has been bred and hand-raised in true farm-to-table fashion for three generations at Happy Hollow Ranch in Wills Point, Texas.

Every package purchased comes with a personal pledge to you as our customer, that we are fully committed to ranching with the promise to never lower our standards or compromise the quality of our beef to satisfy a bottom line. Our grass-fed beef is hand raised from birth to maturity on a 100% forage diet. Here at Happy Hollow Ranch, our cattle are free to roam in pasture, naturally maintaining the earth around them.

We believe that grass-fed beef should be great tasting and accessible. Our beef is available for local pickup and delivery for those within the Dallas and Fort Worth areas.

We are committed to true farm-to-table practices. Our cattle are NEVER treated with any hormones or antibiotics. You’ll find our beef to be juicy and flavorful—just as nature intended.
