Hillside Pastures – Honey Grove, PA, Hillside Pastures is run by a husband and wife in Juniata County, PA. Their thirty Holstein-Jersey cows produce rich milk that’s used to make creamy raw milk cheese. The sweet, grassy notes to the cheeses are a homage to the quality of the pasture-raised, grass-fed milk that they’re made with.
