Mike Pierson Farm is a small, family-owned farm which has been in our family since 1891. We raise Angus cross cattle that are grazed on mountain top grasses in central West Virginia. We raise healthy, grass-fed beef using no growth hormones or low-level antibiotics. We use rotational grazing and harvest our own hay. We sell both petite beef (less than one year old) and grass finished beef (about 18 months old), both of which are very lean.
