Our products include bison, elk, yak, heritage pig, lamb, beef, venison, heritage chicken, turkey, duck, quail, goose, pheasant, rabbit, and pastured eggs. Our poultry and rabbit are processed onsite in our USDA exempt, ODA licensed facility. We humanely process all our livestock.
