We offer Rueffer Ranch Rose Beef by custom order. An 8-10-month-old milk-fed calf weighing about 600lb is harvested on weaning day. Adding classes to educate consumers on how to cook grass-fed beef products and use the whole animal. Our closed herd was recently tested for Bovine Leukosis Virus, Bovine Diarrhea Virus, Johne's, and Neospora with 100% negative results.
